Tammy Jo consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our residents feel comfortable, supported, and truly at home as they transition to RWC. Moving, downsizing, and adjusting to a new space can be an emotional and overwhelming experience, and Tammy Jo takes great care in helping residents and their families make their new suites and rooms feel personal, familiar, and welcoming. Tammy Jo’s manager, Amy Hinson, states “So often, the appreciation and praise Tammy Jo receives is shared directly with her and does not always make its way to the rest of us. However, the impact she has on our residents and their families deserves to be recognized. Tammy Jo is a wonderful asset to the RWC team, and her compassion, attention to detail, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile truly reflect the level of care and service we strive to provide.” Thank you, Tammy Jo, for the care you put into each transition and for the kindness and dedication you show to our residents and their families. Ashley Clarke
Ashley Clarke continuously goes above and beyond, not only in her own role as a unit secretary but also by helping her team without being asked or even thanked at times. Ashley shows up to work every day ready to work with a positive attitude, exceptional work ethic, and a truly cares about her residents. I have witnessed Ashley go above and beyond for residents when they request specific snacks that we may not have, however Ashley will go out of her way to get those snacks. She has even offered to use her own money to buy a resident a soda. At the end of the day when Ashley completed her duties, I have witnessed her taking residents outside for walks and even takes one of our residents to the Life Enrichment Center to play basketball. Throughout her time here, I witnessed Ashley live up the mission and values of RW-C with excellence, integrity, innovation, trust, respect, compassion, commitment, and stewardship. With that, I feel Ashley deserves some recognition for all she does not only in the Health Center but throughout RW-C.
