Means for Your Rate
Total LifeCare offers both predictability and stability when it comes to the monthly fees you pay as a resident. Through a LifeCare contract, you’ll experience little to no increase in monthly fees, even after advancing to a higher level of support. Aging is transformative in so many ways, and you deserve peace of mind as your care needs change.
Your assisted living rate includes:
- Three meals a day

- Individually controlled heat and air conditioning
