Kay is truly a team player and someone her coworkers can always count on.

Her flexibility and willingness to step in and help wherever needed are incredibly valuable to RWC. Kay understands the importance of keeping the front desk covered and ensuring that our residents, families, and visitors receive the support and service they deserve. Whenever a coworker needs time off or coverage is needed, Kay is always willing to step up and help.

There has not been a time when I have asked Kay to cover the desk that she has said no. Kay’s positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to put the needs of the team first do not go unnoticed. Her dedication makes a difference not only in the smooth operation of the front desk, but also in the experience of our residents and the coworkers she supports each day.

Kay is a wonderful example of what it means to live out our core value of Commitment. She consistently demonstrates that commitment through her reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and genuine desire to help others. We are incredibly grateful for all that Kay does and are proud to recognize her for her outstanding contributions to RWC!
