Kay understands the importance of keeping the front desk covered and ensuring that our residents, families, and visitors receive the support and service they deserve. Whenever a coworker needs time off or coverage is needed, Kay is always willing to step up and help.
There has not been a time when I have asked Kay to cover the desk that she has said no. Kay’s positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to put the needs of the team first do not go unnoticed. Her dedication makes a difference not only in the smooth operation of the front desk, but also in the experience of our residents and the coworkers she supports each day.
